Ministry Services and Ceremonies:

What types of ceremonies do you officiate?

I specialize in a variety of ceremonies, including wedding ceremonies, commitment ceremonies, children’s blessing ceremonies, and elopements. My services are tailored to reflect your unique love story and values.

How do we book a ceremony?

To book a ceremony, please contact me using the contact form on my website or by phone at 610-905-7050. We will arrange a pre-marriage meeting to discuss your vision and needs, and I will guide you through the booking process.

What are the costs of your services?

  • Gold Ceremony Package: $750 + Mileage

  • Silver Ceremony Package: $500 + Mileage

  • Bronze Ceremony Package: $350 + Mileage

  • Non-Legal Commitment Ceremonies: Range

  • Children's Blessing Ceremonies: $200 + Mileage

  • Counseling Services: $35 per hour

 

Please note that additional mileage will be billed at $0.50 per mile for distances exceeding 30 miles round-trip, and hotel fees for anything over 50 miles from Sunbury, PA

How long will the ceremony be?

Ceremony lengths can vary depending on the package you choose and any personalized elements you’d like to include. On average, weddings can range from 15 to 60 minutes, while elopements tend to be shorter.

How far in advance should we book your services?

I recommend booking your ceremony at least 3-6 months in advance to secure your preferred date and allow ample time for planning. However, I can often accommodate shorter notice with flexibility. I cannot accommodate the same payment plan with shorter notices. I book up to one year in advance.

What if our plans change or we need to reschedule?

I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your ceremony, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate the new date. Please refer to my cancellation policy for further details.

Can you help us with writing our vows?

Totally! I offer assistance for couples who would like guidance in writing their vows. We can discuss your sentiments and intentions, helping you create heartfelt words that resonate with your relationship.

Can we have a rehearsal before the wedding day?

Yes, rehearsals should be held the day before the event. We will practice and walk through the ceremony details and ensure everyone is comfortable with their roles. This helps to smooth out any uncertainties on the wedding day and can be particularly beneficial for larger ceremonies. Most of the time, we practice at least three to five times with the entire wedding party to ensure everyone is clear on their roles, timing, and the sequence of events. This is particularly beneficial if you have young children or pets involved.

What are your preferred payment methods?

Our preferred method for payments is through online payments via the invoice we provide. We also accept personal checks made payable to Corinne Pulliam.

What if we have mismatched ideas about the ceremony?

It’s common for couples to have different visions for their ceremony. I encourage honest communication and can facilitate discussions to help align your ideas. Together, we can find common ground and craft a ceremony that resonates with both of you.

What if we need help selecting readings or music for our ceremony?

I'm happy to help you select meaningful readings, poems, or music that resonate with your relationship. We can discuss your preferences and ideas during our consultations to ensure a cohesive and personal ceremony.

What should we do to express our gratitude after the ceremony?

While not necessary, if you feel inclined to express your gratitude, a simple thank-you note or an online review on platforms like Google or social media can mean a lot. If you feel the need to leave a tip, I kindly request that you consider donating to Positive Peer Mentoring. However, your positive feedback helps others find the support they need, and it is always appreciated!

Do you perform religious and non-religious ceremonies?

Yes! I am happy to accommodate religious, spiritual, interfaith, or completely secular ceremonies. It’s important to me that your ceremony reflects your beliefs and preferences.

Can we customize our ceremony?

Absolutely! Your ceremony can be fully customized to include personal vows, specific rituals, readings, and any other elements that hold significance for you as a couple. I will work closely with you to ensure your ceremony reflects your unique story.

What is included in the ceremony packages?

Each ceremony package offers a range of services, including pre-marriage meetings, unlimited consultations, personalized scripts, and assistance with writing vows. Specific details can be found in the descriptions of each package under "services" on our website.

Do we need to take care of the marriage license?

Yes, I will complete the marriage license paperwork. Still, it is the couple's responsibility to return the completed license to the county courthouse or designated area within 48 hours of the ceremony.

Can we include children or pets in the ceremony?

Absolutely! Including children and pets can add a special touch to your ceremony. We can incorporate them through special vows, roles, or symbolism that reflects your family unit.

Do you travel for ceremonies?

Yes, I travel anywhere within the USA, except for the state of Virginia. I generally do services within the Susquehanna Valley, Lehigh Valley, the Poconos, and surrounding areas. Travel mileage is included for up to 30 miles round-trip. Additional mileage will be billed at $0.50 per mile for distances exceeding this limit. For events requiring travel over 50 miles, we kindly request that a hotel or motel room be provided for the minister.

What should we do if we want to incorporate cultural traditions into our ceremony?

I am more than happy to help you integrate cultural or religious traditions into your ceremony. During our planning discussions, we can explore any specific rituals or elements you wish to include, ensuring your ceremony is a true reflection of your backgrounds and beliefs.

Do you provide support after the ceremony?

I am committed to supporting my clients even after the ceremony. Whether you have questions about filing your marriage license or need additional guidance as you enter married life, you are welcome to reach out for ongoing support.

Do you require a deposit, and what is the payment schedule?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. After the initial deposit, an additional 25% of the total fee is due each month until the balance is paid off. The full balance must be paid at least two weeks before your ceremony date.

What if one of us is not a U.S. citizen?

Generally, there are no restrictions on officiants conducting ceremonies for non-U.S. citizens. However, if you are not a U.S. citizen, it’s important to check local laws and regulations regarding marriage. I can provide guidance on how to proceed based on your specific situation.

Can we have an outdoor ceremony?

Yes! Indoors, outdoors, on a lake, in a lake, all ceremonies can create a beautiful and intimate setting. However, we should have a contingency plan in the event of inclement or freezing weather. I can help you address any concerns you may have regarding the logistics of an outdoor ceremony.

How can we ensure our ceremony feels personal and unique?

During our pre-marriage meetings and consultations, we will focus on your love story and discuss what makes your relationship special. By integrating personal anecdotes, meaningful rituals, and unique vows, we can create a ceremony that is authentically yours.

Honeymoon and Travel Services:

What services do you offer as a travel advisor?

As a certified travel advisor, I provide comprehensive planning services for honeymoons, anniversary trips, family vacations, and a range of other travel experiences. Can you help with last-minute travel plans?

Yes! I can accommodate last-minute bookings as long as there is availability. I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to discuss your travel needs, and I will work diligently to create a fantastic experience for you, even on a tight timeline.

Can I customize my itinerary based on my preferences?

How do you ensure that accommodations and activities are suitable for neurodivergent travelers?

Can you help with travel insurance?

Is there a fee for using your travel planning services?

No, my travel planning services are provided at no additional cost to you. You only pay for your actual travel expenses, such as accommodations, transportation, meals, and activities. My services, including creating custom itineraries and offering support, are complimentary.

How do I get started with planning my trip?

How far in advance should I book my trip?

While I can accommodate last-minute trips, I recommend booking your trip at least 6-9 months in advance to secure your preferred dates and arrangements. For popular destinations or peak travel seasons, I recommend 12-24 months in advance, such as Disney World trips. However, if you're planning something soon, let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

We offer a comprehensive suite of wedding planning services tailored to meet your specific needs. Our services include day-of coordination, partial planning, and complete scale planning. No matter what your needs, we are here to help make your wedding day a seamless and unforgettable experience.

How do you manage your budget?

Budget management is a crucial component of our planning services. We work closely with you to create a realistic budget that reflects your vision and priorities. Throughout the planning process, we monitor expenses and provide regular updates to ensure you stay on track financially.

What is the process for booking your services?

Our packages have starting prices, and additional costs may be incurred for travel beyond a specific mileage, special requests, or added services not included in the original package. We will provide a clear breakdown of costs during our consultation to ensure transparency and clarity.

How will you communicate with me throughout the planning process?

What if I’m not sure how many guests to invite?

What happens if it rains or my outdoor plans change unexpectedly?

In our planning discussions, we will develop contingency plans to address unexpected weather or changes. If inclement weather threatens an outdoor ceremony, I will ensure a seamless transition to an indoor location, managing communication with vendors and guests to keep everyone informed and updated.

How do you handle vendor payments on the wedding day?

On the day of the event, I will manage the disbursement of payments to vendors as previously discussed and arranged, ensuring that all payments are handled promptly and in accordance with the contracts. This relieves you of the stress of managing final payments, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration.

What if I want to include personal touches or DIY elements in my wedding?

That’s an excellent idea! I encourage couples to express their creativity through personal touches or DIY elements. We can discuss how to effectively integrate these ideas into your wedding while ensuring they align with the overall theme and logistics.

How do I determine which package to plan is right for me?

Choosing the right package depends on your level of involvement and the level of support you desire. If you’ve already planned most of your wedding and need help on the day itself, our Day-of Coordination package is ideal. For couples wanting a collaborative approach, our Partial Planning package offers guidance while allowing you to maintain control. If you prefer comprehensive support throughout the planning process, our Complete Scale Planning package is the best fit.

How do you assist with vendor selection?

We provide recommendations and facilitate the selection of reputable vendors that fit your style and budget. Our network includes trusted professionals, and we will guide you in making informed decisions. Additionally, we can assist in coordinating communications with selected vendors, relieving you of the logistical burden.

How far in advance should I book your services?

Currently, I do not accept insurance; my services are offered at a straightforward hourly rate. However, I can provide you with documentation that may be useful for reimbursement through your insurance provider, should you choose to pursue that option.

Can I bring my partner or family member to a session?

Yes! In couples or family therapy, including loved ones can provide invaluable support and facilitate open communication. Sessions are designed to create a safe space where all participants can express their thoughts and feelings. Please note that couples therapy and Family therapy sessions are $70 instead of the regular fee of $35.

What should I do if I don’t feel comfortable with the first therapist I meet?

Finding the right therapist is crucial for effective counseling. If you don’t feel comfortable or that my approach isn’t a good fit, I encourage open dialogue. You are welcome to share your feelings, and if necessary, we can explore options for referral to another professional who may better suit your needs.

My passion lies in supporting couples through every significant stage of their journey together. I believe that a wedding is more than just a day; it's the beginning of a lifelong adventure. By offering a holistic suite of services, I aim to provide comprehensive, seamless, and personalized support, from planning the celebration and officiating the ceremony to enriching the marriage and planning unforgettable travel experiences.

Do you offer consultations, and are they free?

Yes, I offer a complimentary initial consultation (typically 30 minutes) for all prospective clients. This is a no-obligation opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your vision and needs, and explore how my services can support you.

Can I combine or bundle different services, and are there any discounts for doing so?

Absolutely! Many couples find it beneficial to bundle services, such as combining wedding officiating with planning or honeymoon travel services. During your consultation, we can discuss customized packages tailored to your needs, and discounts may be available for certain service combinations.

 

Generally, when you book multiple services, you will pay the full price for the first service and receive a 15% discount on each additional service.

 

For example, if you book our counseling services along with the Gold Ceremony Package at $750 and the Crafted Journey Package at $2,000, you would pay the full price for the counseling services. However, you would only pay $637.50 for the Gold Ceremony Package (a savings of $112.50) and $1,700 for The Crafted Journey Package (a savings of $300).

In total, this would result in savings of $412.50!

What geographical areas do you serve for in-person services like officiating or day-of coordination?

I am based in Sunbury, PA, and primarily serve the state of Pennsylvania. I am open to traveling further, though travel fees and hotel stays may apply. Please inquire about services outside my standard service area. For services such as counseling and honeymoon planning, I can assist clients virtually, regardless of their location.

What if we have a unique idea or request that doesn't seem to fit into your standard offerings?

I love creativity and unique ideas! Please don't hesitate to share any special requests or visions you have. I am committed to personalizing my services and will do my best to accommodate your unique needs or help you find resources if it's something outside my direct expertise.
