At Inclusive Marriage Moments (IMM), we offer a range of blessing ceremony options for children, enabling families to honor their beloved children in beautiful and meaningful ways. These ceremonies are designed to celebrate new beginnings, embrace family bonds, and reflect your values while acknowledging the special moments in your child's life.
1. Initial Consultation Meeting:
Our process begins with an initial consultation, which can be conducted via video chat or phone. This meeting provides an opportunity for us to discuss your ideas, preferences, and any specific traditions you would like to incorporate into the blessing ceremony.
4. Basic Ceremony Components:
Essential components of the ceremony may include the charge to the parent(s), godparent(s) vows, sibling promises, grandparent acknowledgments, and a blessing with water. The ceremony can be designed to reflect a specific denomination, be non-denominational, or interfaith, ensuring its accessibility to all families.
7. Blessing Ceremony Certificate:
At the conclusion of the ceremony, you will receive a certificate commemorating the child’s blessing, serving as a beautiful keepsake for your family.
2. Unlimited Consultations:
Throughout the planning process, you have access to unlimited phone or email consultations. This ensures that you can continuously reach out with questions or adjustments to ensure the ceremony aligns perfectly with your vision.
5. Unlimited Ceremony Revisions:
You will have the opportunity to revise the ceremony script up to 2 weeks prior to the ceremony date, allowing you to ensure that every detail is just as you envision.
8. Experience and Expertise:
As a dedicated officiant, I bring my experience and expertise to create a meaningful and memorable ceremony for your child. I am committed to ensuring that every aspect of the ceremony flows smoothly and reflects your family’s traditions.
3. Custom Ceremony Creation:
Together, we will create a personalized blessing ceremony tailored to meet the wishes of the parent(s). This ceremony will incorporate elements that resonate with your family’s values and beliefs, making it a truly unique experience.
6. Additional Ceremony Elements:
We offer a variety of additional elements that can be included in the ceremony, such as symbolic gestures, special readings, or personalized rituals to enhance the experience and meaning of the day.
9. Travel Mileage:
The officiant’s travel mileage is included for up to 30 miles round-trip; any additional mileage will be billed at $0.50 per mile. For events requiring travel over 50 miles, we kindly request that a hotel or motel room be provided for the minister to ensure a seamless experience.

3. You Are Uninterested in Engagement: You prefer not to involve family and friends in a communal celebration, opting instead for a personal recognition.
4. You Want a Quick Ceremony: You seek a straightforward formality without depth or focus on the meaning behind the blessing, which may be contrary to this more personalized approach.
5. You Have Other Plans: You may not currently be in a position to focus on a blessing ceremony due to other priorities or commitments.
