The Gold Ceremony Package offers a fully tailored and all-inclusive wedding experience designed to meet your unique preferences and needs. Whether your celebration draws from specific faith traditions, is non-denominational, interfaith, or completely secular, this package ensures that your special day reflects your love story in every meaningful detail.
1. Pre-Marriage Meeting:
We will schedule a convenient virtual meeting via phone or Zoom for an in-depth discussion of your vision for the ceremony. This initial consultation allows us to align our thoughts and ensures that I fully understand your desires, goals, and unique relationship.
4. Ceremony Structure:
The ceremony will follow a thoughtful and meaningful structure, which includes but is not limited to:

7. Assistance with Vows:

There is an opportunity to honor family members who have passed away, ensuring their memory is included in your celebration and reinforcing the importance of family bonds.
13. Completion of the Marriage License:
I will handle all necessary paperwork to ensure that your marriage license is completed accurately and filed with the appropriate authorities, so you can focus on your special day.
2. Unlimited Consultations:
Throughout the planning process, you can access unlimited phone or email consultations. This open line of communication allows you to ask questions and refine your ideas as you navigate this exciting journey together.
5. Ring Exchange Vows:
This segment includes traditional or personalized ring exchange vows that symbolize your commitment and love, serving as a physical reminder of the promises you make to one another.
8. Optional Readings:
You may include a special reading, such as a poem or a love letter that holds significance for you, adding depth and personal meaning to the ceremony.
11. Including Children or Pets:
If children are part of your family, we can offer options to include them in the ceremony through special vows or roles. Beloved pets can also be incorporated into the ceremony, symbolizing the completeness of your family.
14. Travel Mileage:
The officiant’s travel mileage is included for up to 30 miles round-trip; any additional mileage will be billed at $0.50 per mile. For events that require travel over 50 miles, we kindly request that a hotel or motel room be provided for the minister.

Together, we will create a personalized ceremony script that beautifully encapsulates your love story. You have the flexibility to write your own vows or choose from our extensive menu of vows and readings, ensuring the ceremony is as unique as your relationship.
6. Closing and Pronouncement:
The ceremony will conclude with a heartfelt closing statement that leads to the pronouncement of your union, officially marking the beginning of your married life together.
9. Additional Ceremony Components:
Choose from several symbolic elements to enhance your ceremony, including:

Handfasting: A symbolic union ceremony, often used in weddings, where the couple's hands are bound together with cords or ribbons

Jumping the Broom: This cultural practice represents new beginnings and symbolizes sweeping away the past.

12. Unlimited Revisions:
You are entitled to unlimited revisions of the ceremony script up to 4 weeks before your wedding date, ensuring that every detail is exactly as you envision.
The minister is responsible for accurately completing the marriage license and related paperwork. However, it is the couple's responsibility and requirement to return their wedding license to the county courthouse or designated area for their region within 48 hours of the ceremony. If the couple is unable to do so, they may designate a family member or friend to fulfill this requirement on their behalf.
